Apart from its stock, the group has its own workshops for cutting (belts, chains, linear shafts, etc.) and assembly (motors and reduction gears, linear guides).
Cutting to size
In our workshops, we cut numerous articles to the desired dimensions.
Toothed belts are cut from sleeves with defined widths.
Chains are cut to length with the possibility of adding specific attachments to them.
Linear guides and modules are cut to length and assembled according to your specifications.
The largest gear motor assembly plant in Belgium
A modern 1,500m² assembly plant allows several thousand gear motors to be assembled each year.
The exceptional stock of components and the modern design of our product ranges (WATT, MOTOVARIO, STM) allow us to be able to assemble from stock, almost our whole gear motor range in all their versions and all their modes of operations.

The electronics department of the VERMEIRE group offers personalised support (telephone assistance, programming help, commissioning, training, etc.) for the different products (frequency converters, servomotor drives, positioning systems, etc.)
